Our sterling silver jewelry is crafted from 925 Sterling Silver, which contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy metals to enhance strength and durability.

Sterling silver may naturally oxidize or tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, lotions, perfumes, and body chemistry. This is a normal characteristic of genuine sterling silver and can be easily cleaned with a polishing cloth or appropriate silver cleaner.

Natural Gemstones

We use genuine natural gemstones whenever specified in our product descriptions. Natural gemstones are formed by nature and may contain unique inclusions, color variations, patterns, and minor imperfections. These characteristics are not flaws but are evidence of the stone's natural origin.

Because each stone is unique, no two gemstones will be exactly alike in color, shape, size, or pattern. The jewelry you receive may vary slightly from product photos.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all items prior to shipment. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays

• Lost packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Theft of packages after delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately upon purchase. Therefore, order cancellations are not permitted once payment has been submitted.

Warranty & Repairs

If your jewelry experiences a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We reserve the right to inspect the item and determine whether repair, replacement, or another resolution is appropriate.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, tarnishing, and damage caused by third parties are not covered.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly regarding any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, photos, and this policy as evidence in response to chargeback claims.
